Day 1 Relaxation
1. Spending time with family always helps me relax. Either by playing games, watching a movie, taking a walk... or simply talking makes me feel at ease. It's called ... Love love love!
2. Time to myself... :) It's important and it always helps ME regroup.
3. Meditation helps me breathe. This brings me clarity and inner peace. Through meditation I am able to detach and separate myself from the pressures of the world.
It took a long time to take a leap of faith. After leaving my job, separating myself from negativity and learning to understand what was causing my anxiety - I realized that it was all by choice. My choice. I chose to to consume myself with work. I chose to befriend the wrong person.
After finally making a choice... I learned all would be okay.
